Our Newest Homeowners!
We have now helped our first homeowner in Ft. Mitchell, our first in the Cherry Hill Subdivision in Boone County, our 4th in Covington’s Old Seminary Square, our 16th in Latonia and our 36th homeowner in Covington’s Eastside neighborhood.
With support from people like you, we’ve also reached a new milestone of 125 homeowners served through HONK’s mission. Thank you for making their dream of homeownership a reality!!

“I’m so happy! I just can’t believe this is my life! I have just changed the trajectory of my lineage. HONK has provided me with the opportunity to shift my socioeconomic status – this is a level up for me and my son. Owning my own home is something I felt was out of reach, but with HONK and the housing counselor Gina, I have been afforded the ability to put down roots, begin to build generational wealth for my son, and save money because my mortgage is less than the rent I was paying. I was going to school and working multiple jobs, but now I can work and go to school and still provide for my family. This has pulled us out of instability. HONK provided me with homeownership maintenance skills and I learned that I can overcome any challenge that comes my way, because it HONK is part of my resource community now. “
