HONK hosted our first-ever “House to Home” fundraising event on 5/1. Friends of HONK gathered at Braxton Brewing to celebrate hard work, perseverance, and the dignity of homeownership while raising critical funds to move our mission forward.
Highlights included HONK homeowners sharing what homeownership has meant to their families, the debut of a new video featuring one of our newest homeowners in Latonia, and a toast to the newest homeowners in attendance.
Through sponsorships, ticket sales, a silent auction, and a high-end bourbon raffle, more than $26,000 in net proceeds were raised in support of HONK’s mission. Thank you to everyone who made our first major fundraising event a rousing success!
